Taxonomic Documentation and Statistical Analysis of Soil Mycoflora of Sanjay Gandhi National Park, Maharashtra, India

Aims: The present paper deals with documentation of diversity and analysis ecological aspects soil microfungal flora Sanjay Gandhi National Park (SGNP).
 Study Design: study area was divided into five zones, defined over span three ranges 10% peripheral area.
 Place Duration Study: SGNP, Maharashtra, India between September 2016 2020.
 Methodology: A total 43 samples were collected from 5 zones. Microscopic molecular methods used for identification species. We examine dissimilarity in species composition by pairwise Jaccard Dissimilarity Index. microfungi using indices Gini-Simpson’s Shannon’s, true (Shannon’s effective number species) equitability Pielou’s evenness index.
 Results: resulted a 77 isolates fungi obtained samples. 36 documented under 15 genera. Aspergillus dominant genus 16 species, whereas niger representing maximum 12 isolates. Pairwise Index found to be above 66% all cases, only one common the In indices, 0.9347, 3.1450. index 0.8776, causing diversity, calculated as (23), less than observed richness (36).
 Conclusion: Thus, based on systematics statistical analysis, it can concluded that SGNP exhibits rich microfungi.
